Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a Occupational Therapy Assistant to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Mason City IL area. Youll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What Youll Do:
Provide OTA services under established plans of care
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What Were Looking For:
IL Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Pending licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
